About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Remedial Cement Supervisor to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure successful cementing jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage and coordinate day-to-day field remedial cementing operations, ensuring timely arrival of personnel, equipment, and materials at location.
  • Cementing Job Execution: Execute cementing jobs according to design and client specifications, with a focus on efficient handling of day-to-day operations and critical task completion.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and issue resolution.
  • Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to and enforce company safety policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including end-of-well, end-of-month, incident, and maintenance reports.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Valid class 1 (Canada) / class A CDL (U.S.) driver's license with a clean driving record, physically capable of performing heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an oil and gas cementing supervisor, with a strong background in operating pumpers and directing personnel.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate personnel, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of cementing job design and client specifications.
