Your Opportunity
Our Edmonton office is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SR&ED and Government Incentives team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting SR&ED client engagements, focusing on the manufacturing, natural resources, and clean technology/environmental industries.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, becoming a trusted and influential advisor, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Examining client operations and processes to determine eligibility for various grants, tax credits, and funding programs.
- Communicating effectively with team members regarding progress updates and issues.
- Providing clients with professional and timely advice related to documentation and compliance with SR&ED program requirements.
- Gathering internal and external client resources utilization and assisting with costing activities.
- Assisting and guiding clients during technical reviews with the CRA.

Your Background
We're looking for a candidate with a University degree and/or strong technical expertise in a specific field of science and engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc., or PhD). You should have:
- 2+ years of SR&ED experience.
- Excellent technical writing skills and strong editorial capabilities.
- A proven track record of teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
