Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Inesa Security Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other necessary documentation, to management and stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, as well as train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective security operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
