Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers to drive sales and meet performance targets.
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest products and sales strategies.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Support the maintenance of a seamless customer journey by efficiently processing inbound and outbound shipments and maintaining a well-organized stock room.
  • Advise customers on product recommendations and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and meet performance targets.
  • Participate in all educational initiatives to develop your skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest products and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
