Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pita Pit. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demand.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
