- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize store operations, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales and operations environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional bending and crouching.
