About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

As a Culinary Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and work under pressure.
