Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Incareof Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on providing compassionate and individualized care to patients. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct specimen collection and perform various medical procedures
  • Ensure infection control and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Provide nursing services, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and patient education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the relevant provincial or territorial nursing regulatory body
  • Completion of a recognized practical nursing program
  • Eligibility for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
