Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at SAVEMORE PLUMBING, HEATING & ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES LTD. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to supervised workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Task Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction.
