As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily cleaning operations for our clients, ensuring a secure and professional atmosphere for a team of 20-30 personnel.
JOB DETAILS:
LOCATION: Surrey, BC
COMPENSATION: $60,000 - $70,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directing and managing site operations, ensuring compliance with client specifications and monitoring progress Training frontline cleaning personnel, supervisors, and administrative staff Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring a team of up to 40 members to foster employee development Communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders Identifying, supporting, and developing growth strategies for project work or additional site locations Administering corrective and/or disciplinary measures in line with company policy Recognizing potential challenges, exploring strategic alternatives while minimizing risks Implementing and disseminating company initiatives promptly and effectively Managing inventory levels of frequently ordered supplies Adapting to shifting priorities with a comprehensive understanding of business requirements Engaging at the frontline level to fulfill contractual obligations as necessary Addressing inquiries outside regular business hours to meet operational needs Performing additional duties as required to support contractual obligations and business expansionREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant work experience equivalent to a business-related post-secondary diploma At least 1 year of related experience Ability to pass a Canadian Criminal Background Check Proficient in MS Office applications Understanding of Business Accounting principles Solid knowledge of the Employment Standards Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsBEST Service Pros is committed to diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
