The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our agricultural operations, including crop planning, harvesting, and maintenance of farm equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate crop growth and development, considering factors such as water saturation, light, and temperature.
  • Supervise and oversee the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain quality control and production records, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform general farm duties, including clearing fields, mixing fertilizer, and maintaining work records and logs.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in agricultural operations or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
