Job Title: Grouting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Grouting Specialist to join our team at Integrity Shoring & Civil Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to grouting, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, performing pre-operational inspections, and mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Perform pre-operational inspections
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy, dusty environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
