Job Title: Grouting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Grouting Specialist to join our team at Integrity Shoring & Civil Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to grouting and concrete finishing, including loading and unloading materials, performing pre-operational inspections, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Fulfill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity. They will also be required to work at heights and lift heavy loads.
