Job Title: Grouting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Grouting Specialist to join our team at Integrity Shoring & Civil Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to grouting and concrete finishing, including loading and unloading materials, performing pre-operational inspections, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Performing pre-operational inspections of equipment and materials
  • Mixing and pouring concrete
  • Assisting in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
  • Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
  • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations
  • Imparting a desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy, dusty environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of locations, including urban and rural areas, and will be exposed to outdoor conditions, including noise, dust, and heavy lifting.
