Job Description

Capleo Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing complex contracts and ensuring that our business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Develop, implement, and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure that our business needs are met.
  • Procurement: Source and procure goods and services from vendors and suppliers, ensuring that the best value is obtained for our business.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure that our business interests are protected.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, including contract law, trade agreements, and public procurement policies.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a related field, such as business, law, or procurement.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law, trade agreements, and public procurement policies. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Procurement Designation: A procurement designation, such as CIPS or SCMA, is an asset.
  • Experience with IT Procurement: Experience with IT procurement and contracting models is an asset.
