- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement price and credit policies.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or department store environment.
- Language: Fluency in French.
- Work Setting: Department store or retail business.
