We are in search of a dedicated Community Engagement Specialist who is enthusiastic, meticulous, and diligent. This position is primarily focused on maintenance tasks (including minor plumbing and electrical work) alongside cleaning responsibilities and administrative support. As a key contact within the residential building, you will be responsible for executing work orders and repairs. The work schedule for this role is rotational, requiring the successful candidate to be available every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Duties

  • Manage work orders and carry out minor maintenance tasks in plumbing and electrical systems, along with various repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building
  • Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces and hallways
  • Prepare units for incoming residents
  • Perform other grounds upkeep as needed
  • Ensure the safety and security of residents at all times
  • Respond to emergencies in a professional manner
  • Keep fire safety and winter maintenance logs
  • Adhere to an 'on-call' schedule
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Additional responsibilities may include:

Cleaning, Resident Relations, Administrative and Office Duties.
