Educational Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
The role is set within a dynamic restaurant atmosphere, focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Manage procurement of food and kitchen supplies efficiently.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates for operations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Compile and submit operational reports as required.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Strong client focus.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Employment duration: Permanent.
- Working language: English.
- Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
