Job Title: Senior Analyst CRM

At Zendesk, we're seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research and analysis efforts.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to drive standardization and consistency of product insights reporting.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience working with SQL or other querying languages.
  • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A knack for identifying and investigating anomalies in data and ability to analyze complex datasets.
