Event Supervisor Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Do you have a talent for leading and empowering teams to achieve outstanding results? We're seeking an experienced Event Supervisor to join our team at Banff & Lake Louise Tourism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of event staff to deliver seamless event experiences
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Events, to develop and execute event plans
  • Oversee event operations, including staff deployment, site setup, and guest registration
  • Ensure accurate and efficient on-site surveying and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with event staff, guests, and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience managing event sites and teams
  • Ability to work outdoors in winter weather conditions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on executing events as planned
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
  • First Aid & CPR certification (training provided)
