Senior Vice President, Global Program Quality and Impact

Right To Play is a global leader in delivering play-based programs that promote children and young people's learning and well-being. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Project Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the development and implementation of organizational and programmatic strategies to ensure best-in-class program delivery, cutting-edge innovation, and continuous learning and improvement.
- Provide leadership for strategic planning processes with the CEO, Executive Team, and Right To Play staff and International Board of Directors.
- Represent the Program Quality and Impact function on the Executive Team and to the International Board of Directors.
- Oversee the development and implementation of program strategies, and establish and monitor progress against program and organizational metrics and milestones.
- Collaborate with Executive Team members to build relationships with international stakeholders, including government officials, fellow NGOs, and donors.
- A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in a NGO, nonprofit, government, or philanthropy, overseeing global programs serving children and youth.
- Master's degree in social sciences, international development, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing team in a global structure with a deep commitment to the values of diversity, inclusiveness, and empowerment.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills required to lead, support, and inspire an international and multidisciplinary team.
- Strong research and analysis skills and an ability to utilize evidence to make decisions and drive quality improvements.
