About the Role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Sales and Marketing Development Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, enable, and grow our ecosystem of Amazon Partner Network (APN) Partners, consisting of innovative Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), SaaS and PaaS providers, Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers, and Consultants.
  • Identify, prioritize, and build relationships with the most strategic partners to drive top-line revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Effectively manage and measure a large number of partner enablement and go-to-market requests.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including service teams, sales, marketing, PR, legal, support, and others, to utilize CRM systems, data warehousing, and analytic tools to establish detailed metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Language proficiency in English and another ASEAN language (e.g., Bahasa, Vietnamese, Thai).
  • Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
