Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Money Advisor. As a Money Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with our members, providing personalized financial advice, and helping them achieve their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with credit union members, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice on personal and commercial banking, investments, and insurance products.
- Collaborate with branches and other departments to ensure a seamless member experience and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a professional network within the branch and local community, representing Beem Credit Union as a positive community partner.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and service-oriented role.
- Excellent customer service and strong relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit, with a self-initiative to drive career and personal development.
- Degree or diploma in Business or Finance is preferred, with a general understanding of retail banking principles.
