Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Money Advisor. As a Money Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with our members, providing personalized financial solutions, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with credit union members, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that members receive a superior banking experience.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to grow business and increase revenue, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with branches and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products.
- Represent Beem Credit Union as a positive community partner, building relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and service-oriented role.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of retail banking principles and practices.
- Degree or diploma in Business or Finance is preferred.
