We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Bourbon Street Grill. Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus, estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies as needed.
  • Culinary Leadership: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are equipped to prepare, cook, and handle food safely and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date and that we are able to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards of quality and service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
