Liquor Store Supervisor Job Overview

As a Liquor Store Supervisor at PLENTY OF LIQUOR, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively oversee staff and maintain a well-organized retail environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Supervision: Responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 employees
  • Employment Type: Permanent position
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates
  • Recruit and train new employees
  • Manage inventory orders
  • Create and implement work schedules
  • Engage in direct sales activities
  • Compile reports regarding sales performance and staffing issues
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Maintain organized inventory systems
  • Coordinate and supervise team activities
