We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at N.B. Inc. dba Dairy Queen Amherst. Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant is always well-stocked.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
