Job Description

Wood is seeking a highly skilled Pursuit Leader to support the growth of our Systems Integration business in the Americas. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Business Development team to shape and support our Systems Integration offering to prospective customers across our core markets of Oil and Gas, Energy Transition, and Refining and Chemicals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own business plans to drive sales, bid, and tender activity in the areas of Oil and Gas, Energy Transition, and Refining and Chemicals.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to deliver Systems Integration growth in the areas of responsibility.
  • Foster and enhance customer relationships through open, honest, and effective communications.
  • Lead the pursuit of high-value opportunities and ensure the business is focused on winning.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level in a business, engineering, software product development, or a relatable technical subject.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technical sales roles in automation and systems integration and digital, in Oil and Gas, Energy Transition, and Refining and Chemical sectors.
  • Demonstrable client account growth success with proven client relationships in Oil and Gas, Energy Transition, and Refining and Chemical.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit to deliver value to customers through Wood's portfolio.
