  • Oversee and guide the production workforce, offering direction, training, and assistance.
  • Work in conjunction with Team leads to synchronize work tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing unionized setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
