Position Summary
As a Product Consultant with 8 to 12 years of proven experience, you will be instrumental in the deployment and enhancement of Guidewire solutions, specifically focusing on PolicyCenter. Your skills will be crucial in streamlining renewal processes, ensuring effective integration and customization. Your efforts will greatly improve our service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications.
- Manage the customization and configuration of both predefined and bespoke Guidewire plugins to boost system capabilities.
- Offer technical guidance in Guidewire Studio to modernize development practices and enhance productivity.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to collect and evaluate business requirements for renewals.
- Design and implement testing strategies to guarantee the quality and dependability of Guidewire solutions.
- Monitor and resolve system issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote effective utilization of Guidewire solutions.
- Generate detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Assess and suggest enhancements to current processes and systems to improve performance.
- Provide continuous support and maintenance for Guidewire solutions, addressing any emerging issues.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter with extensive experience in implementation and customization.
- In-depth knowledge of Guidewire integration concepts and their application.
- Proven experience with Guidewire predefined and custom plugins, ensuring seamless integration.
- Proficiency in Guidewire Studio to optimize development workflows.
- Comprehensive understanding of renewal processes within the insurance sector.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to effectively tackle technical challenges.
- Strong communication abilities to facilitate collaboration with clients and teams.
