Front End Team Member

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Moe's BBQ Full time

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level, in addition to biweekly gratuities for proficient front-of-house cashiers.

Availability: Shifts are available on weekdays and weekends, primarily during afternoon and closing hours (typically between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM). Candidates must be available for at least two shifts on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare stock stations with all necessary supplies and beverages.
  2. Handle phone inquiries and process takeout orders.
  3. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and restrooms.
  4. Organize and replenish inventory in the back of the establishment.
  5. Ensure accurate packing of orders, including the appropriate drinks, utensils, and napkins, in a timely manner.
  6. Understand and adhere to sanitation regulations and safety protocols.
  7. Foster a positive and professional demeanor with both colleagues and patrons.

Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated accuracy and efficiency in completing assigned tasks.
  2. Familiarity with industry best practices is preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Expected Work Hours: Maximum of 40 hours per week
