  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise with customers.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.

  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
