Key Responsibilities

As a dedicated member of our educational team, you will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide tailored support to students with diverse needs, fostering their growth and success.

  • Develop and implement personalized learning strategies, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, external resources, and the pedagogical team to provide targeted support to students with special needs.
  • Contribute to the creation, development, and implementation of individualized intervention plans, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress, promoting an open and stimulating atmosphere conducive to learning.
  • Design and lead diverse activities to enhance students' skills and competencies.
  • Provide direct academic support, focusing on foundational skills and lesson completion.
  • Employ proactive strategies to support students in adapting to and managing their behavior, utilizing effective communication techniques.
  • Inform students and their families about social issues and provide guidance on accessing specialized resources, as needed.
  • Manage the supervision of students requiring specific follow-up after disciplinary actions and facilitate their reintegration into the school environment.
  • Ensure the safety and support of students requiring special attention during school transportation, if necessary.
  • Document observations and interventions, maintain up-to-date student records, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Administer medications according to medical and school directives and provide first aid, if necessary.
  • Guide and train new team members and oversee support staff tasks related to technical operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to address emerging needs.
