Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Trine Developments Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Design and implement layouts in accordance with building codes, using precision measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel
- Prepare and submit tenders and quotations for construction projects
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
- Coordinate and schedule work on construction sites
- Estimate costs and materials required for projects
- Work in a fast-paced construction environment with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Handle heavy loads and materials
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3-5 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
- Excellent judgement and reliability
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment
- English language proficiency
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
