Design Researcher and Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Design Researcher and Strategist to join our team at Design Centered Co. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients drive change and deliver value using customer insights.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a UX Researcher to join our candidate pool and contribute to our mission of enabling organizations to guide their impact. As a Design Researcher and Strategist, you will work closely with our team to design and deliver solutions that are impact-driven, human-centered, and evidence-based.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct primary and secondary UX research to inform design decisions
  • Translate research insights into actionable design recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of accessibility and usability principles
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in UX research and design
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
