Job Title: Freight Forwarding Logistician

Join Airport Cargo Warehouse Inc. as a Freight Forwarding Logistician and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including tracking and completing work orders, and coordinating activities with warehouse and production units.
  • Provide customer service and maintain work records and logs.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
