About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team at RONA Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, reducing cancellations and resolving issues to provide a delightful customer experience.
  • System Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Rona and RenoDepot banners' order fulfillment systems, including logic and processes.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze online orders and customer metrics, identifying trends and suggesting improvements to enhance the fulfillment and customer service experience.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with stores, operations, product development teams, digital marketing, and other business partners to facilitate effective order fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, finance, and/or fulfillment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products and functional experience with Order Management Systems.
