Aramark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Campus Dining & Catering Manager to oversee all aspects of food service operations at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
This role encompasses both the daily management of the student dining hall and the coordination of catering services for campus events.
- Dining Hall Management: You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the dining hall, overseeing a team of over 20 front-of-house and back-of-house staff. This includes planning menus, managing food inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Catering Excellence: As the lead for catering services, you will manage all aspects from receiving client orders to executing events flawlessly. This involves collaborating with chefs, bakers, and other culinary staff, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and guests.
- Operational Efficiency: You will be responsible for implementing operational excellence principles, meeting food and labor cost targets, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both staff and customers.
