As a Meat Processing Specialist at DESI MART INC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our meat products. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to providing fresh and high-quality meats to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Meat Preparation: Clean and prepare various meats for processing, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
- Cutting and Trimming: Skillfully cut carcasses, sides, and quarters, while preparing standard cuts of meat.
- Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats for display and sale.
- Bone Removal: Efficiently remove bones from meat to enhance product quality.
- Sales: Weigh and sell meats to customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
- Poultry Processing: Cut poultry into parts as per customer requirements.
- Display Preparation: Create special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to attract customers.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders as requested by customers.
This position requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to stand for extended periods and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, with a preference for candidates with 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
