Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at FERNIE STANFORD HOTEL & RESORT. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Investigate complaints and claims, register arriving guests, and assign rooms.
  • Room Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Customer Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs, provide customer service, and resolve complaints and claims.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
