About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Load Land Logistics Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the logistics operations team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory management, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of logistics professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, providing technical advice and guidance to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team. Proficient in inventory management software and other relevant tools.
