About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and dispatch inventory, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and organized.
  • Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently, ensuring that all items are accurately selected and packaged for shipment.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Experience: Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Environment: The warehouse is located in an urban area, and the work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.
