Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials within our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Picking and Stocking: Pick orders and stock shelves, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, using computerized inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be required to work in a physically demanding role, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language: English (fluency required).
