Job Summary:
RBC Direct Investing Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Engagement Strategy, to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve client engagement and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven insights to inform engagement strategies and drive business outcomes
- Lead analytics initiatives to understand client behaviors and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement engagement programs
- Monitor and report on key engagement metrics to inform business decisions
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and address client needs and pain points
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data analysis and strategy development
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
