Celtic Irish Pub Bar Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring top-notch service, maintaining inventory, and leading a dedicated team of bartenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the pub's standards.
  • Monitor bar performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and financial goals, while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of current bar trends and continuously enhance the bar's offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
  • Excellent knowledge of bar management, drink recipes, and beverage handling.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
  • A passion for Irish culture and the hospitality industry is a plus.
