This role allows for the establishment of a rewarding career within our busy clinic, supported by all necessary resources to ensure professional growth while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The foundation for success is already in place, with direct referrals from our established chiropractors and massage therapists.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care, along with the clinical insight required to provide accurate assessments, treatments, and patient education confidently and effectively. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to demonstrate leadership among colleagues and administrative staff. Maintaining high standards for every patient interaction is expected.
Our clinical environment promotes collaboration with chiropractors and massage therapists, facilitating co-management and a diverse range of therapeutic options. Ongoing professional development is a priority, including continuing education in clinical assessment, manual therapy techniques, communication, and practice management. This role previously supported a full-time caseload with high utilization, and there is a strong demand for physiotherapy services within our clinic.
