Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  2. Pack orders with attention to detail, ensuring correct product codes and quantities.
  3. Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products or freshest product selection.
  4. Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation.
  5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  7. Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
