Job Summary
Island Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team on Salt Spring Island. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide primary care services to patients in a rural setting, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients in a rural setting, including routine check-ups, health assessments, and management of chronic conditions.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and other physicians, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in on-call rotations, providing emergency care services to patients in the community.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
