As a Customer Loyalty Strategy Intern at Loblaw, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Loyalty Strategy and Planning. Your analytical mindset and project management expertise will be instrumental in fostering innovation and strategic development for PC Optimum.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management tasks for loyalty strategy initiatives, including the creation of workback schedules and monitoring essential milestones
- Assist in identifying new opportunities and innovative projects through comprehensive research and data evaluation
- Perform ad hoc analyses to reveal customer insights and competitive trends
- Develop presentations detailing the performance of the PC Optimum program and trends within the loyalty sector
- Engage with cross-functional teams to propel loyalty projects forward
Required Qualifications:
- Previous internship experience in a dynamic work environment
- Genuine interest in providing value to customers
- Proficient data analysis and analytical capabilities
- Ability to critically assess situations and resolve intricate challenges
- Strong communication skills for effectively presenting insights and recommendations
- Excellent soft skills such as time management and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the retail or loyalty sectors
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Data Studio or Microstrategy
