Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Meat Department Assistant to join our team at Thrifty Foods. As a key member of our Meat Department, you will assist in managing the daily operations of the department while providing outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the Meat Department
- Provide outstanding customer service and coaching to staff
- Utilize leadership skills to assist with training employees
- Previous meat retail experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Thorough understanding of Health and Safety legislation, policies, and practices is an asset
- Post-secondary certification is an asset
- Available days, evenings, and weekends
